Probate is the court-supervised administration of a decedent’s estate. It can be extremely complicated, a source of frustration for loved ones, and time-consuming, generally lasting between eight and 12 months in California-though some cases can go on for years. Kirsten will compassionately and efficiently shepherd your family through this difficult process.
